PAYMENT AGREEMENT
WE REQUIRE $200 NONREFUNDABLE DEPOSIT FOR EACH ROOM BOOKED, DEPOSIT WILL BE APPLIED TOWARDS THE BALANCE OF YOUR PARTY PACKAGE. IF FOR SOME REASON YOU NEED TO CANCEL, THE AMOUNT CAN ONLY BE TRANSFERRD TO A FUTURE PARTY DATE. DEPOSITS CAN NOT BE USED TOWARDS OPEN PLAY.
ALL PAYMENTS MUST MATCH THE NAME OF THE PERSON BOOKING WITH THE NAME OF THE CREDIT CARD USED AS A FORM OF PAYMENT.
UPON ARRIVAL A CREDIT/DEBIT CARD IS REQUIRED FOR A PAYMENT PRE-AUTHORIZATION . NO EXCEPTIONS.

YOU MAY ARRIVE UP TO 15 MINUTES BEFORE YOUR SCHEDULED RESERVATION TO SET UP AND DECORATE THE PARTY ROOM OR DROP YOUR DECORATION OFF A DAY BEFORE. YOU MAY DECORATE THE ROOM WITH FREESTANDING DECORATIONS, TABLECLOTHS, NAPKINS, PLATES.
NO SMASH CAKES, STREAMERS, GLITTER, CONFETTI OR SILLY STRINGS ALLOWED

YOU MAY BRING YOUR OWN FOOD AND DRINK (ADDITIONAL $30) NO WARMERS, POTS, ETC.
ALCOHOL IS NOT PERMITTED
ALL PARTIES ARE 2 HOURS IN LENGTH. WE ASK THAT YOU PLEASE LEAVE THE BIRTHDAY PARTY ROOM AFTER 2HRS SHARP, OTHERWISE YOU WILL BE ASSESSED $25 FEE FOR ADDITIONAL 15 MINUTES.
THE PARTY HOST MUST MAKE ARRANGEMENTS TO HAVE ADEQUATE ADULT SUPERVISION ON HAND.
CHILDREN MUST BE SUPERVISED AT ALL TIMES.
LATE ARRIVALS - DUE TO OTHER PARTIES IS SESSION AND/OR STAFFING. JUMP TOWN MAY NOT BE ABLE TO ACCOMMODATE LATE ARRIVAL, THEREFORE,YOUR PARTY MAY FORFEIT TIME WITH NO REFUND.
